Frequently Asked Questions

How often do you enroll new students? 

BCC has enrollment once a year. Our contracted terms run July - June annually. Additionally, as spots open up BCC will reach out to any waitlist applicants.

What is the application process? 

The application process includes submitting an inquiry form and $20 application fee. Once your inquiry and fee are been processed we will be in touch via email with our full Applicaiton packet. Once the packet is received in its entirety you will be placed on our waitlist for the coming school year. 

What is the enrollment process? 

Once a potential spot has opened up BCC’s Executive Director will reach out to discuss enrollment. This typically includes scheduling a tour, signing enrollment contract and submitting first month’s tuitions.


What mitigation strategies have you been employing during the Covid-19 Pandemic? 

BCC follows all policies and procedures outlined by the State of Vermont Department of Health and will continue to adapt and change our policies as they do. 

Do you provide scholarships? 

CCFAP (ChildCare Financial Assistance Program) is a state run subsidy program based on income guidelines. Please find a link to the CCFAP application on the BCC homepage or ask our Program Director for a paper copy. 

Do parents provide food and milk? 

Yes parents/guardians are responsible for providing all meals, snacks, milk and formula. 

How do parents communicate with BCC teachers during the day? 

Parents/guardians should message teachers directly through the Procare app for daily communication. For more serious matters please email the Executive Director and for emergencies call the center at 802-698-2527.

Do you have filtered water? 

BCC tests annually for lead in water, in accordance with the State of Vermont. In the event that it is determined that the water is unsafe for drinking, BCC will use bottled water until the water has been tested again and found to be within the range for safe drinking water. Do you Offer Afterschool Programing?

We are happy to offer Afterschool Programing for children in Preschool through 7 years old between the hours of 3pm and 5pm Monday to Friday during the academic school year.
